Manufactured Sand

M-Sand — The Superior Alternative to River Sand.

Manufactured Sand (M-Sand) is produced by crushing hard granite rock into fine, cubical particles and then washing it to remove excess dust and impurities. It is designed to fully replace river sand in concrete and structural applications, offering superior consistency that naturally mined river sand simply cannot guarantee.

Our M-Sand is graded to Zone II as per IS 383, ensuring it meets the strength and workability requirements of every concrete mix design from M15 to M50. Each batch is washed and screened before dispatch.

Plastering Sand

P-Sand — For a Finish That Actually Lasts.

Plastering Sand (P-Sand) is a finely processed manufactured sand specifically designed for wall plastering and masonry work. Unlike M-Sand, P-Sand has a finer gradation and smoother particle shape distribution — which allows it to bond better with cement and spread evenly on wall surfaces.

Poor plastering sand leads to cracks, peeling, and surface failures within months. Our P-Sand is washed, graded, and screened to deliver the consistent fineness that professional plasterers demand for both interior and exterior applications.

Crushed Aggregates

Blue Metals & Aggregates — The Structural Backbone.

Blue Metals are crushed hard-rock granite aggregates — the coarse aggregate component in concrete that provides structural strength, rigidity, and durability to any construction element. At Tirupati Balaji Blue Metals LLP, we supply them in multiple precise sizes to match the exact specification of your structural design.

Available in 6 MM, 12 MM, 20 MM, and 40 MM sizes — each graded separately to IS 383 standards and supplied consistently from our own crushing facility. No mixing of sizes, no inconsistent gradation.

Crusher Jally

6 MM Crusher Jally — The Finest Aggregate.

The smallest size in our crusher jally range, 6 MM Jally (also called 1/4" chip or pea gravel size) is produced from hard granite rock crushed to a precise 4.75 mm – 6.3 mm gradation. It is used in applications where a fine, dense aggregate matrix is needed for maximum bond strength and minimal voids.

Its fine size allows it to pack tightly, making it ideal for tile-bedding mortar, plaster undercoats, grout work, and any concrete application requiring a smooth, dense mix.

Crusher Jally

12 MM Crusher Jally — The Structural Workhorse.

12 MM Jally (1/2 inch) is one of the most widely used aggregate sizes in residential and commercial construction. Its moderate size gives concrete excellent workability — allowing the mix to flow around reinforcement bars easily — while contributing high compressive strength to the finished element.

Specified for RCC slabs, roof concrete, columns, beams, and most cast-in-place structural work where a balance of strength and pumpability is required.

Crusher Jally

20 MM Crusher Jally — The Industry Standard.

20 MM Jally (3/4 inch) is the most commonly specified aggregate in Indian construction — and for good reason. It hits the ideal balance between strength, workability, and economy for general-purpose structural concrete of every grade.

Our 20 MM Jally is precisely screened so every particle falls in the 16 mm – 19 mm range, conforming to IS 383. It is the default aggregate for most RCC mix designs and is widely used from residential house-building to large commercial and infrastructure projects.

Crusher Jally

40 MM Crusher Jally — For Heavy-Duty Applications.

40 MM Jally (1½ inch) is the coarsest aggregate in our range, used where maximum load-bearing capacity and volume efficiency matter most. Its larger particle size reduces the total cement paste required and improves the economy of mass concrete pours.

This is the aggregate of choice for deep pile foundations, large raft slabs, retaining structures, and any infrastructure project where durability under sustained load is critical.

Road Base Materials

GSB-WMM — Built for Roads That Last.

Granular Sub-Base (GSB) and Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) are the engineered base-layer materials that form the structural foundation of any road. They distribute traffic loads across the sub-grade, provide drainage, and prevent pavement failure — making their quality non-negotiable.

Our GSB-WMM supply conforms to IRC SP:19 and MORTH Section 300/400 specifications, making it suitable for both Government road projects and private residential road works. We supply for PWD contracts, municipal roads, campus roads, and driveway bases.
